SuperiorPayments

ERP integration

NetSuite

A SuiteApp built for B2B AR.

All integrations

Listed on the NetSuite SuiteApp marketplace. Embedded payments inside SuiteCommerce checkout, the customer center, and AR workflows — with native multi-subsidiary support and Level II/III data enrichment for the lowest possible interchange on corporate-card volume.

What you get

SuiteCommerce checkout

Drop-in payment field set for SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced. PCI scope-reduced via hosted iframe — no card data ever touches NetSuite servers.

Customer center & invoice payment

Self-service invoice payment from the customer center, with tokenized cards-on-file and bank accounts visible to AR.

Multi-subsidiary

Each subsidiary's transactions route to its own merchant account, with consolidated reporting at the parent. Built for OneWorld.

Level II/III auto-fill

Tax, customer code, and line-item data is enriched automatically from NetSuite — qualifying corporate card transactions for the lowest interchange tiers without manual entry.

How it works

From install to live traffic on NetSuite.

No middleware to maintain, no PCI-scoped infrastructure to host. The flow below is the same whether you're a small business or processing nine figures a year.

  1. 1

    Install the SuiteApp bundle

Standard NetSuite bundle install from the SuiteApp marketplace. Our team scripts the bundle to your subsidiary hierarchy, payment methods, and accounting preferences during onboarding.

  2. 2

    Configure multi-subsidiary routing

Map each NetSuite subsidiary to its own Superior MID (or share across consolidated entities). Per-subsidiary deposit accounts, surcharging rules, and Level II/III defaults — all configured once in NetSuite.

  3. 3

    Take payments inside NetSuite

SuiteCommerce checkout, customer center invoice payment, AR batch billing, and Sales Order down-payments all run through Superior. Hosted iframe keeps SuiteCommerce out of PCI scope.

  4. 4

    Reconcile and report

Cash receipts post to the right entity, the right journal, and the right analytic account automatically. Settlement detail flows into NetSuite's bank reconciliation module daily.

Who runs it

Where NetSuite merchants get the most lift.

Three merchant profiles where this integration consistently pays back in the first quarter.

OneWorld multi-subsidiary orgs

Each subsidiary processes against its own merchant account and bank. Treasury sees consolidated activity in NetSuite without manual journal entries between entities.

B2B AR teams on high-ticket invoicing

Average tickets above $5,000 with corporate-card payment? Level II/III data auto-fill from NetSuite line items qualifies you for the lowest interchange tiers — often saving 30–80 basis points on cards alone.

SuiteCommerce B2B merchants

Drop-in checkout for SuiteCommerce sites with hosted-iframe PCI scope reduction. Tokenized customer accounts mean one-click reordering and stored bank accounts for ACH.

Better with Superior

Why NetSuite merchants choose the full stack.

NetSuite merchants are typically mid-market to enterprise, with high-ticket B2B exposure and multi-entity complexity. The strongest pairings are Superior AI fraud detection (essential at high ticket sizes) and our Gateway-as-a-Service offering for ISVs building NetSuite-adjacent platforms. Most also use ACH for the largest invoices and Level II/III to push corporate-card volume down to the lowest interchange tiers.

Frequently asked

Common questions from merchants evaluating this integration.

Is this an official SuiteApp?

Yes — listed in the NetSuite SuiteApp marketplace and reviewed by Oracle/NetSuite. Updates ship via the standard SuiteApp update mechanism.

Does it work with OneWorld?

Yes. OneWorld multi-subsidiary is a core supported scenario — each subsidiary can have its own MID, bank account, currency, and processing rules.

What about Level III data?

Level III line-item data (item code, description, quantity, tax) is enriched automatically from NetSuite Sales Order and Invoice records. No manual entry required.

How does this compare to NetSuite's bundled SuitePayments?

SuitePayments brokers across multiple processors at retail rates. Superior gives you direct processing with negotiated pricing, AI fraud detection, automated chargebacks, and the same in-NetSuite experience.

Other integrations to consider

Merchants often run more than one. Same Superior account, same vault, same merchant portal.
